When you are thinking cottage charm and warmth, you are thinking of the “Seldom Seen” Cottage. Seldom Seen is a 2 story, 3 bedroom cottage with one bath. The main bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen size bed while two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor with a full size bed in each room. A fully equipped kitchen comes with amenities including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and full size stove and refrigerator. Seldom Seen has an enclosed front sitting room that can a perfect place for children to work on arts and crafts. Other amenities included with Seldom Seen are window A/C units (one each, upstairs and downstairs), flat screen TV with cable and Wifi . Seldom Seen has a front and back yard with plenty of room for outdoor play. Lawn furniture, charcoal grill, picnic table, and fire ring are also provided for outdoor enjoyment. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles and additional parking is available within 150 ft. of the cottage.
