Overlooking beautiful Lake Erie**, the “Overlake” Cottage has an open concept floor plan that allows for plenty of elbow room. This single story cottage offers 2 bedrooms with one bath. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. A fully equipped kitchen comes with amenities including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and full size stove and refrigerator. Other amenities included with Overlake are a window A/C unit, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Overlake has a charming sitting room that is the perfect place to curl up with your favorite book. Overlake has a front yard with lawn furniture, charcoal grill, picnic table and fire ring for your outdoor enjoyment. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles and additional parking is available across the street in the boulevard.
