“Colleen” Cottage

Mother Nature will delight you with the rustic warmth of the “Colleen” cottage. We invite you to watch nature awaken with your morning coffee, enjoy beautiful lake views, bask in the warmth of the sun, warm your body and soul, then witness the breathtaking sunsets that Erie is has become famous for, all from the rear deck of the Colleen cottage. Colleen is a single story cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom is quite spacious and has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen comes with amenities including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and full size stove and refrigerator. Colleen has an enclosed front porch that can be used for children to work on arts and crafts or play games. Other amenities included with Colleen are a window A/C unit, flat screen TV with cable and Wifi. Colleen has a front yard with lawn furniture, charcoal grill, picnic table, and fire ring. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles and additional parking is available across the street in the boulevard.
